Refund policy

At Toys Place, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

RETURNS
- You have 7 days from delivery date to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging.
- Swimming pools must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Used or assembled items
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Sale or discounted items

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

EXCHANGES
We replace items only if defective or damaged upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item with photos.
