Refund & Return Policy – Toys Place

At Toys Place, customer satisfaction is our priority. We deal in high-quality swimming pools and accessories.

Return Eligibility:

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/video)

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used or damaged products (by customer)

• Products without original packaging

Refund Process:

• Once your return is approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

• Refund will be made via bank transfer or the original payment method

Shipping Charges:

• Delivery charges are non-refundable

• Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer unless the product is faulty
